**Insurance:** Insurance is optional. If declined and an accident occurs, the renter's credit card will be charged for all repairs and loss of use of the vehicle.
**Types of Insurance:**
- **Third Party Liability:** $10.00 daily minimum. Protects renter if they injure someone or damage someone else's property.
- **Collision Damage Waiver (CDW):** $20.00 daily minimum. Relieves renter of responsibility for rental car damages.
**Deposit:** If CDW is declined, a $1,000.00 charge will be applied to the credit card used for the rental. This amount is refunded when the vehicle is returned in its original condition. Additional charges apply if the vehicle is damaged.
**Age Requirement:** All drivers must be at least 25 years old or have had a valid driver's license for a minimum of 5 years accident-free.
**Local License Requirements:** A valid St. Kitts & Nevis driver's license or a temporary one is required. Temporary licenses are available upon vehicle delivery or pickup.
**Accidents:** Report all accidents to the police or agent immediately.
**Cancellation:** Cancellations must be made at least 24 hours prior to pick-up time.
